from my back like....
Kruk, Kruk, Kruk...! And then it hurts!
Ahhh! What the hell!?!!! It almost got better,
and it cracks that loud? LOL!
Hopefully it's a good sign! Hahaha!

And these frequent heartburns are SO not helping.
Must be the chilli and the anger I keep inside me...
